Data and Account Deletion

This page provides an external web method for requesting deletion of an app account or other personal information that Idle Cat Labs LLC reasonably controls. Released apps that create user accounts should also provide an in-app deletion path and an app-specific deletion page.

Use the app-specific page first

Visit our App Support Hub and select the relevant app. Its deletion page identifies the product-specific steps, data categories, and retention limits. If the app includes an account settings screen, use its delete-account option first when available.

Email request

You may also email privacy@idlecatlabs.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the app or service name and the email address, username, or account identifier associated with the account. Do not send a password, authentication code, or government identification in the initial email.

Verification

To protect users, we may ask you to verify control of the account or contact address. We will request only information reasonably needed to verify and process the request.

What deletion may cover

Depending on the product, deletion may cover the account profile, user-created content, preferences, identifiers, and support records directly linked to the account. We will confirm the scope when the request is processed.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for fraud and abuse prevention, security, accounting, taxes, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or protected backup integrity. When feasible, retained information will be minimized or de-identified and will no longer be used for normal product operation.

Timing and confirmation

We normally acknowledge a complete request within two business days and will provide a status update or completion confirmation after verification. Actual completion time depends on the product, data location, legal requirements, and backup cycle.
