How payments and payment information are handled for Idle Cat Labs LLC services.

Hosted payment processing
When card payment is available, we use a hosted or securely embedded payment experience provided by a payment processor such as Stripe. Idle Cat Labs LLC does not ask customers to send complete card numbers or card security codes by email, chat, or support ticket.
Card information
Complete card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor over encrypted connections. Our systems may receive limited payment records such as the payer name, billing contact, transaction amount, payment status, card brand, and last four digits, but we do not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes on this website.
Website security
This website is served over HTTPS. We use access controls, account security, limited administrative access, and service-provider security features to reduce unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Fraud prevention and records
We and our payment providers may process device, network, identity, and transaction information to prevent fraud, comply with financial regulations, resolve disputes, and maintain accounting records. Additional details are in our Privacy Policy.
Suspicious payment requests
We will not ask you to disclose a password, one-time authentication code, or full card number by email. If a payment request appears suspicious, do not pay it. Contact hello@idlecatlabs.com using the address shown on this website.
